Lowell Mayor meet Pres.

The Pres. has invited Mayor Eileen Donaghue (as well as two other
mayors) to be present at his Sat. Radio Address live from MV Saturday
at 10:04ET.  Lowell's recent All-America City status and the school
system (bunch of new schools with fed. $$) is the reason.  WCAP will
carry and stay with local afterwards for any feedback, etc.  Mayor may
be able to call in from MV after to the show (unless the Pres. and his
team have other plans, etc.)
