Based on what appears to be an "in-order by frequency" preset selection
(88.1,89.7,90.9,95.3,101.5,102.5,103.3,104.9) I'd bet he does indeed mean
WWBB, B-101.5 (Oldies) from Providence.

What is WWBB?  oh, WRBB maybe, at NU?
That's where most of my presets go - college radio.
