WBZ got the Media-Touch system several years ago and had endless problems 
with it, but I thought they had all finally been corrected.... now it 
absolutely sounds as if they are back again. My sympathies to the air 
staff, who never know what is going to work and what isn't.

And there have also been cell-phone problems, with reporters cutting out in 
the midst of a report, or having bad static on the line when their phoner 
begins -- that isn't their fault, of course, but it's a shame when it happens.
