Imus wages, etc.

Curious - Any ballparks as to what the staff for the Imus show get
from Mel & Co.? I know Imus is highly compensated, but what about
McCord, McGuirk, Lou, Breen, etc.? Are their wages linked in any way
to affiliate status, numbers, etc. PSC's over scale?
How about across town with Stern?
