WBOS had been AC for several months when I joined the staff in September
1980. It still had several "Disco 93" veterans on its staff, including
program director Ron Robin, morning man John Kosian, and "Disco Donna
Marie" Healey. The AC format was the brainchild of general manager Allan
Johnson, and I got the impression that most of the staff didn't care for
it.
