OK, folks, let's compare apples with apples.   Proposed micro-radio will not
bring on 1.5 million ex-CBers.  But rather max 2,000 stations; most likely
1,300.   Micro-radio licensees are likely going to be more responsible than
some of the brainless wonders who did CB.
