I'm glad to see you are so open to people with different opinions. I may
disagree with people on this list but I do not suggest they go elsewhere.
I didn't realize that it was so far out of the mainstream to suggest that
programmers and station owners should decide the format of a station, not
government bureaucrats.
I can certainly understand that fans of WQEW hate to see it go, but I wanted
to provide another perspective. I don't think the format change is a sign
that Western Civilization is coming to an end or "cultural genocide" as was
suggested in one post. I also think Radio Disney is doing more to save the AM
band than any development since talk radio.
