Re: WPLM



It looked for a while like they were trying to make a major run at it.
They switched from a live AM Drive show to several live dayparts and also
scooped SJZ this summer at the JVC Jazz Fest by providing live feeds
directly from the soundboard. (By comparison, SJZ did live cut-in remotes
and had one song fed over the air via a POTS line.  I don't think that
either station advertises the format quite enough though SJZ has done some
TV in the past.
