I haven't heard that one, but I know that Tom Lehrer
did a song which said (to the tune of "Hark the Herald
Angels Sing") --
 "Hark, the Herald Tribune sings
 Advertising glorius things"
Then, to the tune of "God Rest Ye Merrie Gentlemen"--
 "God rest ye merry merchants, may you make the
 Yuletide pay!"
And, to the tune of "Angels We Have Heard on High"--
 "Angels we have heard on high
 Tell us to go out and BUY!!"
(from a sort of Christmas medley he did)
