WNBP Format Change?

I was up in the Amesbury area Thanksgiving night,and tuned into WNBP(1450
Newburyport) but instead of their very enjoyable"Classic Gold" format,I
heard all Christmas music,with the voice of JJ Jeffreys telling one and all
that" Newburyport opens a big Christmas present on Dec.25 at 3PM a brand
new WNBP".Sounds to me the sale of WNBP to Bob Fuller has cleared all
neccessary FCC approval.By the way,Fuller/Jeffreys did the all Christmas
stunt when they bought what is now WXBB(102.1) Hampton NH a couple of years
back before taking it to a simulcast of it's Portsmouth 105.3 signal.I'm
curious as to what the new WNBP will bring to us on Dec.25.
