I believe that WHDQ has a translator or two in
Vermont. I looked it up; Rutland is 68 miles
from Claremont, so it probably is a different market.

Whoops, just checked MIT's list of stations
(http://wmbr.mit.edu/stations/locate.html) and it
lists a station at Hanover, NH at 106.7 (which I know
is a WHDQ translator)...but there may be another
translator in Rutland, somewhere...
