Beethoven's "Consecration of the House" Overture is on an 8-day rotation;
its recent broadcast history is:
Oct. 24 after 11:00 am
Oct. 14 after 5:00 pm
Oct. 4 after 2:00 am
Sep. 23 after 11:00 am
Sep. 17 after 1:00 pm
Sep. 3 after 5:00 pm
Aug. 14 after 5:00 pm
Aug. 5 after 3:00 pm
Jul. 27 after 5:00 pm
Jul. 17 after 2:00 pm
Jul. 8 after 6:00 pm
It's next scheduled to air Nov. 3 in the 9:00 am hour.
The computer doesn't schedule any piece to air in the same daypart in
which it last aired. Unfortunately, though, there've ben a lot of manual
adjustments of the schedule lately because of changes in WCRB's commercial
load, and as a result this particular piece aired in the same daypart four
times between July 27 and September 3. That may account for the perception
that it's airing more often than is actually the case.
