Londonderry NH school system sends out notices at the beginning of each
school year stating that during the course of the school year, students may
by their presence in the school incidently appear on video for broadcast.
Any parent/guardian that wanted their child excepted from the video needed
to make there concerns known at that time. Otherwise, the school assumed
that had permission. This was intended for the cable only town channel, but
I believe it may also cover outside media, which often visits the schools
