Actually, some PDs of news stations had quite a dilemma-- it may have been
considered by some to be history (I consider it partisan and a waste of my
time, but let's not go down that tunnel again), but it was also graphic and
not appropriate for some audiences.  I gather that WBZ aired excerpts (it
was the Jewish holiday and I 
did not listen to radio or watch TV), but knowing what I know about Peter
Casey, I would expect him to be very careful about what he put on the
radio-- he prides himself on keeping WBZ 'family friendly', if you recall
the Butch from the Cape incident a while back...
