        I'm not sure who owns WICC, which is co-owned with WEBE-FM. But it
is not one of the big groups, as you say. However, IMO, WICC is still doing
very well with its full service format and I'm not sure it would be a good
move to flip it to adult standards. For one thing, it would have to compete
directly with one of your favorite stations, WQEW, as well as WLUX, the
L.I. daytimer on 1100, and whatever else there is, perhaps, on the FM dial,
doing adult standards from NYC. On WICC's other side, toward New Haven,
both WAVZ and WQUN already do adult standards, too.
