*This week's NERW will appear sometime Friday, July 17.  Your editor's
been very busy with his day job, reporting on Hillary Clinton's visit
to upstate New York and the 150th anniversary of the first women's 
rights convention, which has precluded spending the time a normal
NERW takes to prepare.
