Don't count WABU out, quite yet.



     There is still the need for over-the-air coverage of the Boston Red Sox.
A deal including WCVB-TV could not work, mainly as an ABC affiliate, they 
could not pre-empt many games.  I am sure the "Mouse" would not hear of it.
WABU is the last Indie left in the market.  I am sure that they still will
be a part of the equation.  Just because they lost the rights the "Judge
Judy", doesn't mean that they are a gonner.  From what I have seen, they
have made their niche and are providing a much needed alternative to the
network fare.  For what they have in signal and numbers, they are doing 
all right.
