Justice Department holding up WCLZ sale?

A Portland radio executive (who does not work for Saga) told me that the
Justice Department has held up the sale of WCLZ to Fuller/Jefferey due to ant-
trust concerns.  Does anyone know if this is the case?  The person also
speculated that the sale would ultimately be approved.  Is there anything to
this story?  Does anyone know the whole scoop?
