Galaxy IV (Was: Poor Reporting)

Another interesting broadcast related aspect of the Galaxy IV outage has
been the effect on background elevator music transmissions.  Restaurants,
department stores, and malls have been mute since the failure, whether
their music feed came directly by satellite, microwave, or FM SCA.  
Locally, the Muzak FM SCA transmissions on WEGQ were silent until today.
