EEO....and other such things....

I heard that the court recently struck down the FCC's EEO
requirements/regultions...

Seems they have been in effect for a Lonnnnng time till now...

With the recent action in California....and the courts upholding the
elimination of EEO in college admissions....I"m gonna guess that this
will stick...
