It 'sounds' like there is a board op up there with just a bit too much time
on hand.  Perhaps spinning the satellite receiver knobs with a hot feed to
the board?  Or perhaps I am giving the station too much credit <g>.  Just
what Manchester needs, unbleeped bleep.
