I've picked up a surprisingly good post-sunset signal from WCCM in Arlington
Heights, near Route 2 and about 1/2 mile east of the Lexington line. My QTH
is, of course, a good deal closer to Lawrence than Boston is, but it's still
much farther from Lawrence than I would expect to be able to hear a
listenable signal from a 243W station that has to beat out CKLW et al. What
I don't know is whether WCCM was actually running its PSSA power when I
heard it.

As for WNNW, I think they also violate the terms of their license in the
winter when sunrise is after 6:00 AM. As a Class B station east of a
dominant station on on Class A channel, WNNW is not (as far as I know)
entitled to pre-sunrise authority. I think WNNW (like WILD, for example) is
permitted to sign on with full day power (or CH power, if applicable--which
it isn't in WNNW's case but is in WILD's) at local sunrise year 'round.
