Cox Radio, Inc. announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with
SFX/Capstar to acquire the assets of WBLI-FM, WBAB-FM, WHFM-FM and WGBB-AM,
serving the Nassau-Suffolk, N.Y., market, for $48 million.
