Sean--the first owner got a CP but sold it before going on the air.  The
second owner put it on, then sold it to Flatley.  After he sold it, a
gentleman from Maine ended up buying the license and his crowning
achievement was keeping WNHT off the air during his entire term of
licensure.  Boston University put it back on (owner #5).
