UPN 35 in southern Maine signed on today at 5pm with an episode of Star Trek
Voyager. The stations call letters are WPME, not WWRL. I assume the call
letters are supposed to mean Portland, Maine. The station is licensed to
Lewiston, but is being run by WPXT-FOX 51 Portland and shares studio space in
Portland and tower space in Gray. The WPME call letters were last on 95.5
WXGL Topsham when it simulcast country with 96.7 WCME Boothbay Harbor.
