WMCS Machias

I was in Machias, Maine today and in fact, 1400 WMCS Machias is dark.  There
was a report in NE Radiowatch a couple weeks back that the station was back
on with an AC format, but that does not seem to be the case.

As far as I know, the station has been dark for the last several years, but
it must have been on for a while recently because apparently the license has
not been deleted.
