WRKO Burlington site

Although I've never walked the site....from topo maps of the area that I have seen I believe that the area is considered
"protected wetlands" and thus useless from a development standpoint.

  Could perhaps ARS be considering moving WRKO to the Lexington site
instead??? The land in Burlington has probably far more value, as I am
pretty sure they could be zoned for office use rather easily. The site in
Lexington probably isn't worth as much as there would be fewer options on
using the site.
