Back when 590 was running the automated Bloomberg stuff (and full-time
at that), the robot occasionally broke, at which time you could turn
the volume all the way up and pull VOCM out from underneath. I'm
certain the more ``professional'' AM DXers have no problem getting
it. There are also lots of tiny little stations (of the sort we would
call ``translators'') in Canada which have VF1234-style callsigns.
The other VOxx stations are impossible.
