WEGQ tower in Peabody

Another FM antenna has been added to the WEGQ tower in Peabody.  The new 
one has 5 bays and is just below the WEGQ antenna.  Whose is it?  Is it a 
backup for another ARS station?  When was it installed?  I haven't spent 
enough time in Eastern Mass. lately to notice.
