Digest, archives available

I'd like to announce the addition of two new services for this
mailing-list.  First, there is now a digestified version of the list
available.  The digest is only generated as traffic warrants, which
means that some messages may moulder for days until enough are built
up to form a digest, but enough people expressed an interest in this
form, so I'm making it available.

Secondly, there are now archives available on-line.  I'm not yet sure
what the final form will be, but in any case you can take a look at:
	http://radio.lcs.mit.edu/boston-radio-interest/
and see all the old traffic.  The files are organized on a
month-by-month basis.
