I was mildly shocked that the CRTC didn't keep 690 French and 940 English. In any event I think Bell has been running daytime power during Habs games at night as I have heard them several times this season. A friend who lives in Pointe Claire says he can hear the games fine but as soon as the post-game ends the signal drops.
