I started listening to talk radio in the 60's with hosts like Jim Westover and Bob Kennedy. I only listen to WRKO now for ballgames. When I was in SF I listened to Gene on KGO and he still has his fastball. I might stomach Howie more if he just stayed local but now the Red Sox wipe out a good chunk of his local hour.
