Sox radio only on 'RKO and 'EEI for Series

Now I'm REALLY confused?

WGAM/WGHM (1250 Manchester/900 Nashua) and WTPL (107.7 Hillsborough) and
WCRN (830 Worcester) are all carrying ESPN.

Why is WVEI-FM and WTIC allowed to carry the Boston feed, or are the
breaking MLB rules, or did they get special dispensation

WVEI-FM Easthampton, MA is indeed broadcasting the Castiglione/Geffner
broadcast.  So is WTIC-AM.
