Choose "AM Query" from the output pick list at the bottom of the 
page. Just above the transmitter coordinates you will see "Wxxx 
operates as a noncommercial educational station" if it is licensed as 
an NCE. WPNI is not so licensed.

To check any state, or all states, for NCE AMs, leave the calls and 
COL blank, check the box next to "Show only AM stations operating as 
noncommercial educational (NCE) stations (if checked)" and submit.
